Effective 21 September 2026. This website is operated for Workbiz by 68.784.996 MAKSIM BALUEV, CNPJ 68.784.996/0001-07. It is a pre-commercial informational website. Browsing, making an enquiry, or viewing the illustration does not create a paid order, agency relationship, exclusivity, purchase commitment, or authority to contact another person.
2. Service and scope
Workbiz is developing AI-assisted business development, counterparty communication, and deal-coordination services for supply chains. Only a separately accepted engagement may define the actual service. It must state the represented party, deliverables, scope, exclusions, countries, channels, duration, operating budget, acceptance criteria, and any delegated authority. Proposed services remain subject to business-registration, legal, provider, and operational eligibility.
3. Authority and automation
Routine steps may be automated within a valid agreed mandate. Anything beyond its scope must not be inferred from an incoming message or an AI recommendation. The engagement must distinguish permission to research, contact, share information, request terms, make a non-binding proposal, and enter a binding commitment. The website grants none of these powers. A party may request a pause or withdrawal through the stated contact channel, subject to obligations already validly incurred.
4. Fees, prices, and changes
Before purchase, the written offer must name the fee payer and state Workbiz’s fee in USD or another expressly specified currency, taxes, included work, limits, validity, payment timing, and cancellation terms. Any milestone or performance fee requires an agreed, verifiable earning event. Workbiz fees are separate from supplier goods prices, freight, customs charges, and foreign-exchange costs. No price or obligation may be silently changed after acceptance. An amendment needs explicit agreement. This website has no automated pricing engine or payment flow.
5. Conflicts and representation
The engagement must identify whose interests Workbiz is advancing. Undisclosed dual representation, hidden commissions, and sharing one party’s confidential negotiating limits with another are not authorized. Any proposed compensation from another party must be disclosed and resolved through an appropriate agreement before the affected work proceeds.
6. Customer information and third parties
You must have authority to provide information and instruct the work. AI-assisted output and third-party statements may be incomplete or inaccurate. The parties must independently confirm material claims, identity, capacity, goods specifications, prices, payment arrangements, and binding contract terms using suitable evidence. An email reply is not automatically a completed sale, cleared payment, or proof of delivery.
7. Funds and physical goods
The proposed initial structure is a service engagement, not Workbiz taking ownership of goods or collecting their purchase price for a supplier. No escrow, custody, credit, money transmission, customs brokerage, transport, or insurance is offered on this website. Any different role would need a separate legal and provider review before it is offered. AI automation does not replace the responsible legal entities.
8. Delivery, remedies, and applicable rights
Deliverables, delivery windows, dependencies, review, correction, cancellation, and refund rules must be agreed before an engagement begins. Our delivery and refund pages explain the intended process. Nothing on this site waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable professional, consumer, data, trade, and tax rules are not displaced by calling a service business-to-business.

Do not submit unlawful content, solicit deceptive outreach, request fabricated credentials or approvals, evade sanctions, or seek unauthorized access.
