Before a future engagement
The written offer must state what is paid in advance, what is earned on delivery or a milestone, what expenses may be incurred, and how cancellation works. Any success fee requires an objective event and agreed evidence—not merely a promising conversation or an internal AI score. The fee payer and any third-party compensation must be identified.
Work not performed
The intended baseline is to return prepaid fees for service not performed, less only properly disclosed and agreed costs that were validly incurred and may lawfully be retained. Workbiz cancelling work it cannot provide is not a basis for keeping an unearned service fee. The actual allocation must be clear in the engagement before money is accepted.
Partial work and disputed outcomes
Completed deliverables and authorized expenses must be evidenced and reconciled separately from unused work. A partially completed engagement is not automatically a fully earned fee. Raise a material failure or disputed milestone promptly so it can be checked against the original agreement and appropriate correction or refund considered. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Refund process
Contact maxbaluev@outlook.com with the engagement or invoice reference and reason; never send full card details. Approved refunds must use the original payment route unless an authorized alternative is legally required. A requested refund is not treated as completed until the processor confirms it. Bank and processor timing may differ.
Goods and separate supplier payments
Where the parties trade directly, goods payments and goods returns are handled under their buyer–supplier agreement, not treated as Workbiz service revenue. Workbiz does not receive those funds through this public website. No automatic subscription renewal is offered here.
