Current status
Effective 21 September 2026. Workbiz is preparing the service and accepts non-confidential enquiries only. This page describes how a future engagement must define delivery; no online purchase is currently available.
What may be delivered
An agreed engagement may deliver researched counterparties, documented conversations and requirements, current commercial terms, a negotiated proposal within authority, a completed coordination milestone, or a documented outcome. The deliverables must be specified rather than inferred from a generic promise to grow a business.
Timelines and dependencies
The offer must state the service window, material customer and counterparty dependencies, progress checkpoints, review period, and what happens when information or responses do not arrive. There is no universal instant-delivery promise, guaranteed sale, guaranteed margin, or guaranteed supplier performance.
Evidence and acceptance
A milestone must identify its agreed evidence and the person or event that can accept it. Sending an email does not prove receipt; interest is not a purchase order; an agreement is not delivered goods; and an invoice is not cleared payment. A change to inputs, authority, or commercial terms may require the work to be reviewed again.
Communications and physical delivery
Workbiz intends to coordinate authorized follow-through, but that does not itself make it a carrier, warehouse operator, insurer, importer, exporter, or goods seller. Those roles, freight obligations, customs formalities, taxes, and risk transfers belong in the relevant trade contracts and require separate review if Workbiz is to assume any of them.
Corrections and unresolved work
Raise an issue through maxbaluev@outlook.com. The engagement must provide a review and correction path and applicable cancellation or refund terms. A blocked or unresolved result is reported as such; it must not be relabelled a successful sale.
