There are no accounts, checkout, file uploads, quote submissions, or live AI conversations on this website. The illustrative scenario runs locally in your browser. We do not add advertising pixels or sell personal information. Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, security, and potentially infrastructure performance measurement; ordinary request data can include IP address, page requested, browser information, timestamps, and security signals.
3. Enquiries and legal bases
Email enquiries are processed using our Microsoft-hosted Outlook mailbox. We use the address, message, and information you choose to provide to respond and assess a possible engagement. Where applicable, this serves pre-contractual steps you request. Necessary site security and limited administrative follow-up are assessed under legitimate interests; legally required records are retained under the relevant legal obligation. We do not assume that public business contact details are exempt from privacy law.
4. Intended communications and AI use
Future counterparty outreach and private AI processing require separate launch clearance, a documented lawful basis, applicable notice, current channel eligibility, and an agreed mandate. We must identify the providers and permitted disclosures before private material is processed. Visiting this website does not consent to sharing trade secrets, training a model, reusing your messages across customers, or sending unsolicited communications. Do not send sensitive business material or identity documents in an initial enquiry.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Current website and email infrastructure involve Cloudflare and Microsoft services, which may process information in countries other than yours. Provider contracts and an applicable international-transfer mechanism must be verified for the actual processing. This notice does not itself create contractual safeguards or certify that a transfer assessment has been completed. Additional service providers must be disclosed before the relevant customer processing is enabled.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry information while needed to address the request and any continuing business discussion, then review whether it can be deleted. Records necessary for applicable legal obligations or legal claims may be retained longer. Infrastructure logs are also subject to provider controls. We do not advertise an automated deletion deadline that this public website does not implement. A future private engagement must define a specific retention schedule, deletion process, and backup handling.

We may verify the request before disclosing information. Applicable rights and response deadlines depend on the relevant law.
