For buyers
Discuss a real sourcing requirement, the commercial constraints, and the next decision. A future mandate may authorize finding suitable suppliers, asking about capacity and terms, following up, and preparing a documented next step. A claimed specification or available quantity is not treated as verified merely because it appears in a message.
For suppliers
Discuss the products or capacity you can provide and the buyers you are prepared to serve. A future mandate may authorize investigating demand, developing appropriate buyer conversations, collecting requirements, and progressing specific opportunities. A name on a list is not a qualified buyer or an order.
For an opportunity already in motion
Keep the open questions, counterparties’ current terms, deadlines, and next obligations aligned. A future engagement may coordinate clarifications and follow-through. It does not make Workbiz the manufacturer, carrier, customs broker, insurer, importer, or payment custodian.
What is agreed first
Each engagement must name the client and fee payer, scope, allowed counterparties and jurisdictions, contact channels, data-sharing rules, cost limits, duration, milestones, and authority to negotiate or commit. Success conditions, exclusions, and conflicts must be explicit. A new mandate is not required for every routine step already authorized within its bounds.
An enquiry is not an active engagement
These are the service directions being prepared, not an invitation to pay for currently available automation. We first check operational and legal eligibility. There is no public self-serve marketplace, live trading feed, or automated checkout on this website.
